Schedule of Fees and Services
Our community staff strives to serve residents by providing the highest quality
services in comfortable residential surroundings at a reasonable cost. Our
mission is to be the provider of choice for assisted living services that enable
individuals to maintain dignity, respect, and privacy, while fostering relations with
family, friends, and the community.
Basic Rates:
Suite - $112 for 1 person / Day or $138 for 2 persons / Day
Private Room with private bath - $87 Per Day
Private Room with shared bath - $75 Per Day
The Basic Rate Includes:
* All meals and snacks
* Utilities, not including cable ($25) and phone, per Verizon
* 24-Hr Security and Assistance
* Outstanding activities program
* Health and medication case management
* Planned group outings
* Includes weekly laundry, housekeeping and linen services
* Pharmacy services available through McLanahan's of Centre Hall
* Other services available on site, Podiatrist, Beauty Shop, and Therapy
* Transportation available, $.75 a mile
Residents are evaluated upon entering the facility for their level of care, 1 through
4. Level 1 carries no additional charge, each additional level is a progressive $5 a
day charge. This will be assessed and discussed with the resident and family, at
admission and anytime changes may occur during the individuals stay with us.
Individuals may join residents at meals for $5 fee.
